How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no extra fee.
Can I return something?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery. The request has to reach us inside that window; the parcel does not.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send photographs of the parcel and its contents within 48 hours. An unboxing video is strongly recommended. We arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable.
Do you issue a GST tax invoice?
No. Casaluxe Bazaar is not registered for GST, as the business is below the applicable registration threshold, so no invoice carrying a registration number can be issued. Nothing is added to an order as GST.
